Fallen Video - Road Less Traveled

Das Fallen Team hat 2 1/2 Jahre an seinem neuen Video gearbeitet und nun wird es in mehreren Teilen auf der Transworldseite online gehen. Das Video soll nicht das klassische Trickgeballer sein, sondern auch andere Aspekte des Lebens als Pro-Skater hinterleuchten. Es geht darum was die verschiedenen Leute durchmachen und wie sie auf Tour mit der Jagd nach Tricks und Spots umgehen. Das Video ist nicht nach klassischen Parts unterteilt, sondern nach bereisten Orten. Wie eine Tourdokumentation sozuagen.

Der erste Teil ist nun für 48 Stunden online und folglich das Intro. Laut Transworld werden noch zwei weitere Part online zu sehen sein, wahrscheinlich um die Leute anzufixen, dass sie sich gefälligst das ganze Video kaufen. Könnte ganz interessant werden das Ding... Der nächste Part kommt am Mittwoch online!

For most of us skateboarding is a way of life, but somehow the focus of almost every skate video has been based around single tricks that come together to make individual video parts. While we’ve always enjoyed watching and making these types of videos, there’s something special about knowing what went into a project and what it was like for those who experienced it first hand. Therefore, when we set out to make the new Fallen video, we wanted to document every aspect of our missions with the goal of taking the viewer on the journey with us. Over the course of two and a half years, we traveled to Turkey, Croatia, South Africa, Portugal, the American West and Thailand. The memories alone made the extended travel and uncomfortable situations worth the effort.
