JULY 11-14 IGSA Almabtrieb World Championship

Wednesday11 July:
First day time for free ride but the weather was bad and we had rain the roll morning only few riders decide to skate in the rain. In the afternoon the weather changed and we had a great time, everybody was skating, Almabtrieb have new surface from the top to the bottom with a top speed of 84km/h.

Thursday 12 July:
Second day looks like dejavu from the first day - same conditions, rain in the morning and sun in the afternoon.

Friday 13 July:
The third day was great, really hot nice weather, blue sky, total 87 riders standup from all the world, we had two runs of qualify where Bassi Haller had the best run. After the qualify time we had the war in the swimming pool, everybody enjoyed the great swimming pool.

Saturday14 July:
Last day was the right time to go fast, really hard level of competition where Martin Siegrist show how he can go fast. Congratulations to Martin, the final was sick. The IGSA Almabtrieb World Championships had a total of 87 competitors and the top 64 qualifiers moved on to the four man elimination heats. After the race everybody went to the swimming pool and did again a big war.
